2016 CPSA Championship Meet Apparel
Items Available for 2016 Championship Meet
• Short Sleeve T-shirts - $15 (add $2 for XXL and 3XL sizes)
• Long Sleeve T-Shirts - $18 (add $2 for XXL and 3XL sizes)
• Sweatshirts (by request from last season) - $30 for all sizes
• Ladies specific t-shirt with a contoured body for a feminine fit - $15 for all sizes
For your convenience, all individual order requests will be collected online. Each team has a designated page in which individuals may request items.
Pre-orders will only be accepted via the online sign-up using the appropriate team sheet. After the pre-order deadline, a summary of all pre-order requests (by team) will be provided to team representative. Payments for individual orders should be made payable to YOUR TEAM. A single TEAM check should be provided during pick-up on the first day of the meet.

A quantity of apparel items will also be available on the first day of the meet.
A team representative will be designated to pick up pre-orders at the meet. When a team’s shirts are picked up, there should be one team check made payable to Collegiate Aquatics for the entire amount. It is the team’s responsibility to distribute the shirts to individuals on their team. Shirts will be sorted and a record provided to ease the distribution process.
