** UPDATE ** Orders for the team's first sub sale are due by THIS SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 14 (this is a change from Friday) to Jodi Mackrell. Payment MUST accompany orders. Parents/swimmers may place orders in the "Mackrell" file folder at the Latshmere Swim Club. Jodi will pick up any orders left at the pool by 12:00 p.m.

The first sub sales delivery is set for Thursday, September 19, 2013 @ 5:30pm in the Central Penn front parking lot. Please make every effort to arrive at 5:30 at Central Penn since we do not have anywhere to keep items refrigerated.
The Central Dauphin/CD East swim teams will be holding a car wash on Saturday, September 14th from 8:00 - 2:00 p.m. at the Metro Bank parking lot (located in front of Karns Food on Rt. 22).
2013-14 Season Registration
Any remaining athlete waivers, team registration (practice assignments), meet entries, and payments will be accepted during practice hours. Registration and waiver forms will also be accepted via mail.

The Bishop McDevitt swim team will be having a car wash on Saturday, September 21st from 8:00 - 2:00 at the Metro Bank parking lot (located in front of Karns Food on Rt. 22).
Please be advised that the Central Penn Fitness Center pool will NOT be open for the next 24 hours. An unexpected maintenance issue will require the temporary draining of the pool and therefore, there will NOT be a Friday, October 4 practice session.

Friday Night Distance Session Pre-Scratch Psych Sheets
Pre-Scratch Heat Sheets for Friday evening at Messiah are HERE. This will provide a preliminary estimate for when athletes will be swimming. Please remember that as scratches are declared, swims should occur earlier than the timeline shows.
A warm-up and warm-down pool will be available at Messiah College (20 yard diving well).

The biggest change in the meet from previous years is the distance events have been moved to a Friday night session at Messiah College. (Sollenberger Sports Complex, 1 College Avenue, Grantham, PA 17027).
Warm up times for Saturday and Sunday have been slightly modified. The changes are listed below.

The 500 frees, as well as 1000 free will be swum Fastest to Slowest alternating Women and Men.
"Deck Entries" will be accepted on Saturday and Sunday where space permits. $8 per event.
Parents: If you are USA Certified official and wish to volunteer at this meet, please let Kurt know via email so your name can be added to the official's list.
Kast A Way will be our Speedo Team Dealer at the Meet
Admission is $5 per person per session, excluding the distance session. (children under 12 are free). Programs will be free. We will have free Wi-fi at BOTH locations so that you can use Meet Mobile on your electronic device for heat sheets

Collegiate Aquatics members will have the opportunity to attend a apparel fitting this coming weekend, Saturday October 5 and Sunday October 6 during the Fall Invitational at Cumberland Valley High School. A Kast-A-Way representative, Cheri Huegel, will be available both Saturday and Sunday at the KAW booth to assist Collegiate families.
