COACHES "NO COMPROMISE" RULES (THEY ARE A MUST) FOR EVERYONE AT EVERY PRACTICE
- Maintain even breathing throughout long swims and sets.
- Good technique and even stroke on every lap.
- Perform all turns in practice LEGALLY.
- Finish all repeats at the wall (as you would in a race).
- Perform all drills as instructed.
- Listen carefully when instructions are given.
- Go to restroom before practice.
- Have fluid bottle available at all practices (hydrate).
- Check your time after every repeat and remember it!
- Practice and reinforce good habits. How will you race? How did you practice?
- Always go on the correct send off time.
- Maintain proper eating and sleeping habits.
- Never stop your training to let another pass you.
- Be a leader.
