Please submit all dinner selections for swimmers and their guests using this RSVP form by April 1, 2016. Include a check made payable to Collegiate Aquatics.

Dinner selections:
Garden salad with Ranch or Italian dressing
Sliced Top Round of Beef with Garlic Mashed potatoes & Green beans (Gluten Free)
Or
Chicken Marsala with Garlic Mashed potatoes & Green beans
Or
Chicken Fingers with French fries & applesauce Children (12 & under)
Fresh rolls & butter
Yellow cake with Chocolate icing
Coffee, Tea, Iced Tea and Lemonade
Dessert, coaches’ remarks and swimmer recognition to immediately follow dinner.
There is no charge for registered Collegiate swimmers.
Adult (age 13-over) guests are $18.00 and children 12 and under 12 are $13.00
