Relay Events: $12.00
Surcharge: $5/swimmer (including relay only)
Please submit entry requests and payment to a Collegiate coach/coaches' collection folder no later than Wednesday, March 9 by the conclusion of practice.
The coaches will submit all Senior Championship Meet entries through the online meet entry (OME) system. OME will close Monday, March 15, 2016 at 11:59 pm EDT.
If you wish to attend, please review the meet information packet and qualifying standards. All times must have been achieved at a sanctioned, approved or observed meet. The following steps should be followed to complete the entry process:
1. Print the meet announcement pages that contain the event list
2. Write your swimmer's name on the print-out of the event list (do not forget to do this).
3. Circle the swimmer's desired events.
4. Include payment and event list in an envelope marked with the meet name (note meet specific fees and swimmer surcharge).
5. Return to the collection folder at practice
