MIDDLE ATLANTIC SWIMMING
JUNIOR OLYMPIC AGE GROUP CHAMPIONSHIPS

Junior Olympics has changed dates to March 3-6, 2016 using two locations in the York (PA) County Area. The Middle Atlantic meet committee will be using the Graham Aquatic Center and Central York High School.

Entry limit: 3 Individual Events per day (excluding relays).
MEET ENTRY LIMIT: 10 individual events
Entry fees - Individual Events: $5.00, Relays $10.00
Surcharge: There is also a $5.00 surcharge for each swimmer, including relay-only swimmers.
Please submit all entries and payment no later than Monday, February 22 by the conclusion of practice.
If you wish to attend, please review the meet information packet and qualifying standards. All times must have been achieved at a sanctioned, approved or observed meet. The following steps should be followed to complete the entry process:
1. Print the meet announcement pages that contain the event list (pages 4-6)
2. Write your swimmer's name on the print-out of the event list (do not forget to do this).
3. Circle the swimmer's desired events.
4. Include payment and event list in an envelope marked with the meet name.
5. Return to the collection folder at practice
Entries will be accepted for swimmers qualifying in an event AFTER the OME deadline. Last Chance entries must be achieved in a Middle Atlantic sanctioned meet (our CPSA Championship Meet) after February 25, 2016 and no later than 11:59 PM on February 28, 2016. Updates to a previously qualified event will NOT be accepted. Last Chance entries must be in a Team Manager format and emailed by 2:00 PM on March 2, 2016 (coaches' will submit this file)
