T-Shirt Sale Volunteers
Collegiate Aquatics is responsible for coordinating the sale of championship t-shirts.
Volunteers are needed to conduct t-shirt sales during warm-ups and the early part of each competition session. Volunteers may step away if their swimmer is on deck for a race. Volunteers are asked to coordinate sales, collect money, and provide order forms for any post meet orders.
A volunteer sign-up sheet is set-up on the Collegiate Aquatics web site HERE. This link is only for t-shirt sale volunteers.

Prelim/Final Championship Meet
February 22-23, 2014
This championship meet is hosted by the Hershey Aquatic Club, however, all CA members may be asked to volunteer in some way. Collegiate Aquatics swimmers may enter up to six individual events throughout the weekend but the maximum number is not required. Relay entries will be assembled by the coaches.
Entry requests are due no later than February 5, 2014 (entries may be amended).
This an "approved" meet which allows non USA-S registered athletes to compete. Athletes times will be submitted into the SWIMS database.
The 10 and under age groups was proposed as Prelims/Finals, however this would have limited them to only 3 events per MA policy. The 10 & under events are now Timed Finals allowing the swimmers compete in 3 events per day. Longer events for the 8&Under.
The 400 IM will be 13&Over having a mixed A/B final and a "super"C final consisting of only 13-14 year olds.
The last update for the meet allows swimmers can compete in one relay per day instead of just one for the entire meet.
