In-Person Registration & Q&A with Coaches: Tuesday, September 1 at Latshmere Swim Club

New and returning members are invited to an open house registration with the coaches on Tuesday, September 1 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at the Latshmere Swim Club. Questions may also be emailed to CollegiateAquatics@gmail.com.

Some athletes may be required to complete waiver forms (below). If instructed, please complete and return prior to beginning practices:
1. 2015-16 Swimmer(s) registration form
2. A parent/guardian waiver and release form permitting swimmer use of Central Penn's facilities
3. A waiver and release form that permits parents/adults to enter Central Penn
