Join us as we celebrate an exciting 2014-2015 swim season

Dinner selections to be served:
Spring Salad with Ranch or Balsamic dressing
Chicken Parmesan with pasta & vegetable medley
or
Top Round of Beef with mashed potatoes & vegetable medley
Chicken Fingers & french fries (children 12 & Under)
Cake & Ice Cream
Iced Tea ~ Lemonade ~ Tea & Coffee

Dessert, coaches’ remarks and swimmer recognition to immediately follow.

Swimmers are permitted to wear Collegiate attire, however, Country Club policy does not allow denim or t-shirts to be worn by guests.

This is an alcohol and tobacco free event.

There is no charge for registered Collegiate swimmers.
Adult (age 13-over) guests are $18.00 and children 12 and under 12 are $13.00

• Please submit all dinner selections for swimmers and their guests (using the RSVP form) with check included made payable to Collegiate Aquatics no later than March 30.

RSVPs may be returned to the Banquet folder at the pool or you can mail form and check to:
