8/2 - 9/10 - Open Training at Latshmere Swim Club Start: 08/02/2010 17:00 Harrisburg area swimmers are invited to attend open training sessions for the month of August at the Latshmere Swim Club. Conditioning and stroke improvement will be a part of each session. Where: Latshmere Swim Club, 437 Larry Drive, Harrisburg (Susquehanna Twp.). Directions can be found HERE. Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 7 - Thursday, Sept. 10 Evening Sessions: 6-7:30 p.m. (No Friday evening)
