Harrisburg area swimmers are invited to attend open training sessions for the month of August at the Latshmere Swim Club. Conditioning and stroke improvement will be a part of each session.

Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 7 - Thursday, Sept. 10
Evening Sessions:
6-7:30 p.m. (No Friday evening)
