As a member of the Central Penn Aquatic League, Collegiate Aquatics parents will be called upon (required) to help officiate at dual and championship meets. If a parent would like to assist in this capacity and not currently certified under NF or USA Swimming, they must attend a CPAL certification clinic scheduled during the month of November.
